day. But in the morning, before leaving home, Italians make their first
cup of the day right on their stovetop. For that they use a simple "caffettiera
moka", a.k.a. pressurized stovetop espresso maker. You'll find them in
aluminium and stainless steel, with every imaginable decoration, shape, and size. But the
best coffee comes from the plain hour-glass shaped aluminium pots, better yet if
old and rarely scrubbed. We sell three sizes, you'll find the 6-cup size
best for 2-3 americano-sized cups. (The cup number corresponds to espresso-sized cups.)

Our
Milk Frother Will Change Your Day!
Fill this frother up to the little
white line with cool milk (Nonfat works best.) Vigorously
agitate the plunger for about 10 seconds. Remove the plunger and rinse
it.
Place the glass frother in your microwave oven for 23 seconds,
then spoon out the thick warm foam into your favorite mug. Pour your
morning espresso over the foam and... enjoy!
We've tried just about every brand on
the market and have found this one to be the most efficient and durable. |
